Very informative staff at the property, functional rooms. Stunning and beautiful location, short walk to the pirate ship with the Hakone Free Pass, lake Ashi and the shrine, and the bus station for the Tozan Buses and Motohakone Port. Btw, located close to pier. Easy access to Starbucks, just 25 minutes walk. Convenient check in. Modern facilities, such as climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven. Private bathroom, quiet atmosphere. Vews of the lake...
